Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a seasoned Release Manager to lead GoLive implementations and coordinate cross-functional teams across Implementation, Technical, QA, and client services. You will own the GoLive command structure, ensure readiness, track milestones, and manage dependencies in complex production environments.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years of experience in release or implementation management, strong stakeholder communication, and a proven track record in digital banking or cloud deployments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in release management, implementation management, or related field.
• Experience coordinating technology releases and production deployments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with change governance and incident/escalation processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead GoLive implementations within approved change windows.
• Sequence, track, validate, and complete implementation activities per playbook.
• Coordinate cross-functional participation across multiple teams.
• Own the GoLive command structure, readiness, milestones, and dependencies.
• Support overnight or multi-day events through coverage and handoffs.
• Maintain and improve playbooks, workbooks, and templates.
• Document lessons learned and suggest process improvements post GoLive.
