Job summary

Hard Rock Digital is hiring an Analyst to join our Payments & Fraud team. You will protect customers and the business by assessing potential fraud and disputes in the i-gaming space.

You will review transactions across online portals, analyze financial histories, verify documentation, and build counter-disputes while complying with multi-jurisdictional controls. A fast-paced, analytical mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Banking, payments, fraud, disputes or i-gaming industries preferred.
• Knowledge of Location Compliance, Multi-Accounting and Financial Crime preferred.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Review and navigate multiple online financial portals to retrieve relevant transactions.
• Analyze customers' financial history, including bank and card statements, for dispute evaluation.
• Validate customer documentation and perform necessary verifications.
• Build cases to counter-dispute transactions reversed by customers.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls across multiple jurisdictions.
