Job summary

Spotify is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to act as a dedicated partner for the Payments and Customer Service functions. You will model forecasts, evaluate partner deals, and drive optimization using AI/ML approaches while reporting to leadership across product, risk, and operations.

Based in London or New York with a hybrid schedule, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex economics into clear financial narratives and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A, corporate development, or strategic finance in payments/subscriptions.
• Strong modelling and scenario analysis skills for partner deals and costs.
• Experience partnering with finance, product, and business leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own payments forecast: fees, vendor mix, refunds, monthly/quarterly/annual cycles.
• Lead finance deal work on payment partners, pricing, and margins.
• Build AI/ML enabled cost and performance optimization business cases.
• Evaluate checkout flow financial impact and CAC for subscribers.
• Govern KPIs: cost-to-serve, acceptance rates, unit economics for two functions.
