Job summary

Spotify is seeking a Finance Manager to lead FP&A for Payments and Customer Service, guiding forecasting, deals, and cost modelling as we scale across markets.

You will partner with Payments, Customer Service, Subscriptions, Risk, Data, Financial Engineering, Accounting, and Leadership to translate complex economics into clear narratives, build robust models, and govern performance against plan.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A, Corporate Development, Investment Banking, or strategic finance.
• Experience in payments, fintech, subscriptions, or contact centre operations is highly preferred.
• Ability to build driver-based models and translate them into clear financial narratives.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end payments forecast, including fees and refunds, across planning cycles.
• Lead finance evaluation of payment partner and pricing terms; model deal economics and impact.
• Develop business cases for checkout flow investments and local payment methods.
• Govern KPIs for payments and customer service; establish reporting infrastructure.
