Spotify is seeking a Manager to join our Finance team as a dedicated FP&A partner for Payments and Customer Service. This high-impact role focuses on the financial lens for payments, customer service forecasting, and the modelling of labor needs across global ecosystems.

You will own end-to-end forecast processes, evaluate partner deals, and lead optimization initiatives leveraging AI/ML. Based in New York or London with hybrid work, you’ll partner with cross-functional teams to translate

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A or strategic finance with payments, fintech, subscriptions, or contact-centre operations experience preferred.
• Strong driver-based modelling skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience evaluating commercial agreements and communicating trade-offs to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end payments forecast across cycles; build driver-based models and explain drivers to leadership.
• Lead on payment partner and processor deal economics, pricing tiers, and cash-flow impact; maximise value of partnerships.
• Develop business cases for checkout and local payment methods; measure impact on conversion and cost-to-serve.
• Own the customer service forecast and workforce planning; manage BPO/vendor economics and capacity scenarios.
