Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A or related finance roles.
• Experience in payments, fintech, subscriptions, or customer service operations preferred.
• Strong modelling and forecasting skills.
• Ability to translate data into clear narratives for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end payments forecast across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.
• Lead on payment partner deals, pricing, and deal economics.
• Build business cases for checkout investments and payment optimisation.
• Develop customer-service forecasts including labour and cost-to-serve.
• Establish reporting for payments and customer service KPIs.
