Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Compliance Risk Manager Senior Associate to provide second line of defense for CIB Payments. You will oversee risk management, collaborate across Business, Legal, Finance, Audit, and other control functions, and support regulatory exams.

The role emphasizes using Copilot, AI/ML tools, and data analytics to drive risk insights and improve controls across Global Liquidity, Escrow, and Embedded Finance product areas.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Compliance, Operational Risk, Audit, Legal, or related risk management role.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or risk related subject.
• Excellent research, analytical, written, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support compliance and operational risk management activities across CIB Payments, aligning with firmwide objectives.
• Collaborate with business and stakeholders on new products, vendor relationships, and onboarding with robust risk/control frameworks.
• Represent Payments CCOR in control forums and industry events, communicating risk and compliance messages.
• Monitor regulatory changes and guide business implementation of new rules and requirements.
• Support second line controls to ensure compliance with laws, regulations and policies.
• Review new business initiatives for regulatory and operational risk implications.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing among teams.
• Support regulatory exams, audits, and testing activities.
• Demonstrate use of Copilot, AI, data analytics, and workflow automation tools to enhance efficiency.
