Job summary

Mutual Bancorp in Hyannis, MA is seeking a Payments Operations Supervisor to lead the Payments Operations team, oversee workflows, quality, controls, and staff performance across ACH, wires, checks, image exchange, and digital payments.

You will partner with the Director of Payments Operations and cross-functional partners to strengthen efficiency, compliance, and customer experience, while ensuring regulatory adherence and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent banking experience.
• Minimum five years of banking/payment operations experience.
• Minimum three years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage Payments Operations staff, including Team Leads, Specialists, and other personnel.
• Oversee day-to-day Payments Operations ensuring accuracy, efficiency, security and compliance.
• Monitor production queues, workflows and operational priorities; prepare reports for the Director.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support audits, risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Identify process improvements and support system enhancements for efficiency and customer experience.
