Kelly Community Federal Credit Union in Tyler, TX is seeking a Payments & Account Services Supervisor. You will lead the payments and account services team, drive growth of debit and credit card portfolios, and ensure a seamless member experience.

This full-time, exempt role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and continuous improvement, with a compensation range of $50,000–$57,000 per year, DOE. Onsite work with typical 45+ hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of similar or related experience in credit union/banking.
• High school degree or GED is required.
• Bilingual English & Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow debit and credit card portfolios while achieving revenue and performance goals.
• Manage net income, expenses, and income targets for card programs.
• Oversee IRA portfolio accuracy with zero errors.
• Ensure controls, compliance, and audit readiness.
• Develop and improve processes to boost efficiency and risk management.
• Monitor KPIs and drive measurable results.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify growth opportunities.
