Job summary

Kelly Community FCU is seeking a Payments & Account Services Supervisor to lead the payments and account services team onsite in Tyler, TX. Qualifications

• Two to Five years of supervisory experience in credit union/banking or similar operations team management.
• A high school degree or GED is required.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication and performance management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow debit and credit card portfolios to meet revenue targets.
• Oversee performance, growth, and operations of payments and account services.
• Ensure compliance, controls, and audit readiness with minimal findings.
• Develop and improve processes to increase efficiency and risk management.
• Monitor KPIs and drive measurable results across the department.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify growth and service opportunities.
