Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA preferred.
• 5–10 years financial accounting experience with GAAP required.
• Specialized banking regulations knowledge preferred.
• Proficiency in computer applications and spreadsheets; able to learn industry software.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely monthly financial statements and reports.
• Complete month-end close within 10 business days and maintain close schedule.
• Prepare regulatory and tax reports by deadlines and address discrepancies.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and regulatory reviews.
