Job summary

Familysecurityplan is seeking a Payment Support Concierge Specialist (PSCS) to engage with policy owners who have missed payments, educate them on options, and collect outstanding amounts to support policy continuity.

The role collaborates with credit unions, internal teams, and carriers to ensure accurate billing, maintain detailed notes in the CRM, and identify opportunities to upsell related products.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in customer service, billing, banking, or related roles.
• Active Life & Health License required.
• High School Diploma required; higher degrees preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact policy owners regarding missed payments.
• Explain payment issues, options, and timelines for resolution.
• Collect missed payments and implement steps for future payments.
• Transfer interested members to sales teams for upselling opportunities when appropriate.
• Review monthly billing setups for accuracy and continued policy coverage.
