Responsibilities

• Responds to Customer requests for reporting.
• Work with Accounting to answer inbound customer billing questions/provide billing reports.
• Collaborates with Finovera team on troubleshooting escalations.
• Assess whether billers are supported by Finovera and coordinate enabling for ebills/AutoPay on Paymentus when needed.
• Provide updates for support teams on tickets and system connectivity issues.
• Communicate with clients about maintenance and scheduled downtime in Prod/Sandbox.
• Monitor provider performance and advise on ebills/autopay adjustments.
