Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Multitask and adapt to changing demands and priorities.
• One year of administrative experience preferred but optional.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Process payments and checks received by mail and direct payments.
• Handle credit card payments from operations and client services teams.
• Research and reconcile postings to ensure bank deposits balance.
