• One year of office administration experience required.
• Experience with accounts receivable processes, banking, or related financial functions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process electronic and manual payments
• Post complex payments and adjustments to customer accounts from bank lockboxes and online reports
• Adjust and post corrections to payments
• Resolve unapplied cash, over payments and duplicate payments, for proper application or refund
• Write off appropriate credits to correspond with refunds
• Ensure timely and accurate postings in a high-volume environment
