Qualifications

• 3-5 years of medical payment posting experience.

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily payment posting operations.
• Post ERA, EFT, checks, credit card payments, and patient payments.
• Review and reconcile daily deposits with posted transactions.
• Investigate and resolve payment posting discrepancies and unapplied cash.
• Monitor work queues to ensure productivity and turnaround time goals.
• Perform quality assurance audits and coach posting staff.
• Identify posting trends and suggest process improvements.
• Collaborate across departments to resolve payment-related issues.
