Qualifikationen

• Train, guide, and mentor the Billing team.
• Perform QA reviews for billing accuracy and payer compliance.
• Manage billing for top accounts and ensure timely claim submissions.
• Oversee day-to-day billing operations and efficiency.
• Address billing discrepancies and denials to improve clean-claim rate.
• Monitor performance and suggest workflow improvements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to standardize billing practices.
• Escalate complex issues to Billing Manager.
• Support billing audits and quality control.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
