WebPT Inc is seeking a Payment Posting Supervisor to lead the cash posting team and ensure timely, accurate processing of postings, receipts, and remittances.
Responsibilities include scheduling, month-end balancing, audits, and process improvements, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and staff development. Opportunity to work from various locations in the US; salary range discussed during interview.
As a Payment Posting Supervisor for WebPT, you will supervise and manage the cash posting process and staff to ensure payment posting, cash receipts, and remittance are processed timely and accurately.

Two years of supervisory experience in a similar environment
Three years of billing, collection, and/or posting experience in a Healthcare environment.
