You will review 835 remittance files and other payment docs, reconcile batches, research variances, and support timely cash application within the revenue cycle. Prior experience in medical billing is preferred; strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently are essential.

• Identify variances and posting discrepancies; correct or escalate per procedures.
• Maintain organized records of batches, remittance docs, and correspondence for audit and follow-up.
• Access bank and payor systems to verify deposits and posting accuracy.
• Communicate posting issues and payment trends to revenue cycle, billing, or clinic staff.
• Support timely cash application and proper revenue cycle workflows.
