Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to handle sensitive member financial information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Previous Financial Institution experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Utilize multiple payment systems to post and reconcile transactions accurately.
• Identify and resolve payment issues and monitor for fraudulent activity across systems.
• Test DNA release system upgrades and validate changes in the core test environment.
• Support audits and ensure regulatory compliance and documentation retention.
