Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Two years of experience with ACH, wire transfers, or check clearing.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and solid written/verbal communication.
Responsibilities
Manage posting and reconciliation of payments across multiple channels.
Identify, investigate, and resolve payment issues and potential fraud.
Ensure compliance with NACHA/ECCHO rules and other regulatory requirements.
Support audits and contribute to process improvements within Payment Operations.
