Job summary
Subway is seeking a Payment Operations Specialist in Miami, FL to process, reconcile, and monitor payment transactions across card, ACH, and gift card channels. You will work with internal teams and external processors to resolve errors and support the Payment Product team for Subway and its franchisees.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years in payment processing or finance, with strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of experience in payment product, transaction processing, or finance work for payments and/or gift card at a merchant.
- Working knowledge of card network rules (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) and payment processing platforms.
- Experience identifying and resolving transaction errors.
Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile daily payment transactions across card, ACH, and gift card channels.
- Monitor payment systems and quickly resolve transaction errors.
- Help resolve chargebacks and payment disputes.
- Support PCI compliance documentation and controls for Subway and its franchisees.
- Prepare payment reports for management.
- Partner with payment processors and vendors to solve processing issues.
