Subway is hiring a Payment Operations Specialist in Miami, FL to process and reconcile card, ACH, and gift card payments. You will work with internal teams and third‑party processors to fix errors and maintain accurate payment records for Subway and its franchisees.

The role emphasizes resolving disputes, maintaining PCI controls, and generating management reports while collaborating with payment processors and vendors to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years of experience in payment product, transaction processing, or finance work for payments and/or gift card at a merchant
• Working knowledge of card network rules (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) and payment processing platforms
• Experience identifying and resolving transaction errors
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple transactions accurately
• Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with payment processing and reconciliation systems
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and use AI tools to support payment product and reconciliation work

Responsibilities

About the Role:

The Payment Operations Specialistprocesses, reconciles, and monitors payment transactionsacross card, ACH, and gift card payments. This role works with internal teams and outside payment processors to find and fix transaction errors, keep payment records accurate, and handle the daily work of the Payment Product team for Subway and its franchisees.

Compensation: The base pay range for this role is $ 52,700-$65,900 annually

Actual pay is determined based on a number of job-related factors including skills, education, training, credentials, qualifications, scope and complexity of role responsibilities, geographic location, performance, and working conditions.
