The position demands a Doctoral degree, 7+ years of payer experience, and 5+ years in frontline field medical leadership, with extensive stakeholder engagement and travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree required with ability to lead scientific/medical colleagues at all levels.
• 7+ years pharma payer experience, preferably in oncology.
• 5 years frontline field medical leadership with payer/exchange focus.
• Proven leadership of strategic initiatives and execution of medical affairs objectives.
• Strong ability to navigate a complex, matrixed global organization and drive results.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and to work in an AI-enabled environment.

Responsibilities

• Sets strategic direction for PHS/USMA and oversees field medical MAD teams.
• Leads US payer and access strategy to align with CMAP and V&I plans.
• Oversees budget development and ensures compliance with policies and approvals.
• Fosters external partnerships and integrates payer insights into medical strategies.
