Medallion is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to oversee health plan enrollment processes end-to-end, coordinating with external vendor partners. You will handle escalated requests and monitor progress via phone, email, and portal.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and teamwork to maintain accurate provider profiles and payer documentation in Medallion systems, while meeting regulatory requirements and deadlines.

Formación

• 3+ years of direct experience with enrollments.
• Experience with GSuite tools (GSheets, GDocs, GMail).
• Detail oriented with ability to ensure complex enrollment packages are complete and correct.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with internal and external contacts.
• Ability to work cohesively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end health plan enrollment with external vendor partners.
• Directly complete highly escalated enrollment requests as needed.
• Monitor in-process enrollments via telephone, email, and portal.
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation within Medallion systems.
• Maintain in-depth understanding of payer-specific enrollment requirements and regulations.
• Ensure supporting documentation is accurately maintained in provider profiles.
• Prepare client updates regarding enrollment status and progress.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with payer representatives.
• Support revalidation processes to maintain active provider participation.
• Track and monitor payer enrollment timelines and deadlines.
• Investigate and resolve enrollment delays, rejections, or discrepancies.
