Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer support, preferably healthcare or SaaS.
• Experience with payer enrollment and credentialing.
• Proficient with Intercom and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Own customer issues from start to finish.
• Deliver timely, accurate, and thoughtful responses via email and support tools.
• Partner with Customer Success, Product, and Operations to resolve complex issues.
