Lyra Health, Inc. is seeking a Payer Enrollment Supervisor in the United States to lead enrollment operations, ensuring provider participation across contracted networks with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

The role requires 4+ years in payer enrollment, 2+ years in a supervisory capacity, and deep knowledge of CAQH, NPPES, PECOS, and payor portals. Collaboration with Credentialing, Contracting, Revenue Cycle, and Billing is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent work experience).
• 4+ years of payer enrollment experience in a healthcare setting.
• 2+ years in a lead or supervisory role preferred.
• Proven ability to coach and lead a team to high quality results.
• Deep knowledge of CAQH, NPPES, PECOS, payor portals and credentialing software.

Responsabilités

• Oversee end-to-end payer enrollment and maintenance lifecycle with accuracy and compliance.
• Supervise staff through workload oversight, training, and quality reviews.
• Serve as SME on commercial payer enrollment requirements and standards.
• Maintain CAQH profile management and related documentation.
• Monitor enrollment status, rosters, and timelines to mitigate delays.
• Communicate with commercial payers to resolve enrollment issues.
• Collaborate across Credentialing, Contracting, Compliance, Revenue Cycle, and Billing.
• Maintain enrollment records and prepare for audits and reviews.
• Develop and improve enrollment policies, workflows, and controls.
• Track metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Lead automation and process improvement to speed enrollment and accuracy.
• Stay updated on payer requirements and regulatory changes.
