Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent OR 2 years of experience in administrative support, insurance enrollment, payer credentialing, billing, or like field.
• Input data accurately into appropriate system and maintain records to ensure up-to-date information.
• Knowledge of payor regulations and CAQH compliance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate payor enrollment and credentialing/re-credentialing with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial plans.
• Maintain CAQH profiles and provider directories; notify stakeholders of incomplete credentialing and expected approval dates.
• Collaborate with billing and coding teams to resolve payor enrollment issues and prevent claims delays; generate periodic status reports.
