Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR or HRIS experience, preferably in a multi-location or complex organization.
  • Hands-on experience with Paycom is highly preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The HRIS Analyst serves as the primary administrator and subject-matter expert for Goodwill South Florida’s HRIS, with a strong focus on Paycom and workforce data integrity. This role partners closely with HR leadership, and Payroll to ensure system accuracy, compliance, reporting excellence, and continuous process improvement. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytically minded, and thrives in a mission-driven, multi-entity organization.

HRIS Administration & System Optimization
  • Serve as the primary administrator for Paycom; completes system configuration, security roles, workflows, and employee access as needed.
  • Maintain HRIS data integrity through regular audits, validation, and corrective actions.
  • Troubleshoot HRIS issues and provide timely support to HR staff, managers, and employees.
  • Escalate complex system concerns as needed.
  • Support HRIS implementations, upgrades, testing, and post-implementation stabilization.
  • Continually evaluate HRIS functionality and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency, accuracy, and reporting.
  • Manage database requests for employee lifecycle changes including but not limited to promotion, transfers, and pay changes.
  • Process approved employee data adjustments as requested.
Data, Reporting & Analytics
  • Develop, automate, and maintain standard and ad-hoc HR reports and dashboards as needed.
  • Analyze workforce data (e.g., turnover, headcount, compliance metrics) and deliver actionable insights.
  • Prepare and submit all required federal, state, and internal reports
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and data governance standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Training
  • Partner with HR leadership and Payroll to align system functionality with business needs.
  • Provide training and guidance to HR staff and managers on HRIS processes and best practices.
  • Communicate system updates, enhancements, and process changes to stakeholders.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Assist employees with Paycom access, password resets, and general system navigation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
QualificationsEducation & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR or HRIS experience, preferably in a multi-location or complex organization
