• Oversee daily workflow and performance of the Invoice Payment Unit.
• Review encumbrances and adjustments for accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor program budget authority and reporting requirements.
• Review and approve payment vouchers and schedules.
• Provide staff training to ensure SAM/SCO compliance.
• Collaborate with SCO to resolve payment issues.
