Vaco Atlanta, in Sandy Springs, GA, is seeking a Pay Plan Analyst for a DIRECT HIRE, 100% in-office role. Candidates must reside in the Atlanta area due to in-office requirement.

The position supports compensation, payroll, and HR teams, maintains pay plan documentation, analyzes compensation data, and processes pay plan requests. Salary range disclosures are noted per local law, with potential discretionary bonuses and eligibility for medical, dental, vision benefits, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll, compensation, HR, HRIS or related functions.
• Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
• Experience working with a ticketing system preferred.

Vaco Atlanta is working with an impressive company in Sandy Springs, GA seeking a Pay Plan Analyst. This is a DIRECT HIRE (permanent) position that requires 100% In-Office work. Only candidates in the Atlanta, GA area will be considered since in-office work is required.

Responsibilities:

• Support compensation, payroll, and HR teams
• Maintain pay plan documentation
• Manage analysis of compensation information
• Process pay plan requests
• Maintain rates for compensation plans
• Handle requests for plan exceptions
• Assist with reporting

Experience/Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in payroll, compensation, HR, HRIS or related functions is REQUIRED
• Must possess strong Excel skills (vlookups and pivot tables)
• Ability to work within a ticketing system is preferred
• Must have a strong attention to detail and maintain accuracy across repetitive work
• Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment
