The position supports compensation, payroll, and HR teams, maintains pay plan documentation, analyzes compensation data, and processes pay plan requests. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll, compensation, HR, HRIS or related functions.
• Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
• Experience working with a ticketing system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support compensation, payroll, and HR teams.
• Maintain pay plan documentation.
• Manage analysis of compensation information.
• Process pay plan requests.
• Maintain rates for compensation plans.
• Handle requests for plan exceptions.
• Assist with reporting.
