Job summary

Vaco Atlanta is seeking a Pay Plan Analyst for a DIRECT HIRE (permanent) role in Sandy Springs, GA. This is 100% in-office work; only candidates in the Atlanta area will be considered. The role supports compensation, payroll, and HR teams and focuses on maintaining pay plan documentation and analyzing compensation data.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of payroll/HR experience and strong Excel skills. A fast-paced environment and ticketing system experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in payroll, compensation, HR, HRIS or related functions is REQUIRED.
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs and pivot tables) are required.
• Ability to work within a ticketing system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support compensation, payroll, and HR teams.
• Maintain pay plan documentation.
• Manage analysis of compensation information.
• Process pay plan requests.
• Maintain rates for compensation plans.
• Handle requests for plan exceptions.
• Assist with reporting.
