Job summary

Vaco Atlanta is seeking a Pay Plan Analyst for a DIRECT HIRE, 100% in-office role in Sandy Springs, GA. You will support compensation, payroll, and HR teams, maintain pay plan documentation, and analyze compensation information to process plan requests.

Minimum 2 years in payroll/compensation/HR/HRIS with strong Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivots) and keen attention to detail in a fast-paced environment is required; in-office work only. Eligible for bonuses and benefits per company policy.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in payroll, compensation, HR, HRIS or related functions.
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs and pivot tables).
• Experience with ticketing systems is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
