Job summary

Simmons Foods, Inc. seeks a Paws Grader on the production line in Siloam Springs, AR. You will bag and weigh chicken paws (40–50 lbs), visually grade for mangling, discoloration, and excess skin/nails, and discard ungraded paws.

Must work as part of a Team and follow company BE.S.T practices. Position involves standing for long periods, frequent bending and power grasping, with PPE provided. Shifts include Monday & Friday 7:00 am–7:00 pm and Tue–Thu 7:00 am–5:00 pm at the Simmons Foods Hiring

Qualifications

• Be able to read and understand a scale.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect and grade paws as they pass across the belt.
• Discards paws not graded out and places unsalvageable paws in the condemn barrel.
• Bag and weigh paws at 40–50 pounds and lift above waist level to box.
• Participate as a member of the Team and support BE.S.T practices.
