Simmons Foods Hiring Center is seeking a production teammate to bag, scale and grade chicken paws on the production line. The role involves visually inspecting paws, weighing loads of 40–50 pounds, and sorting paws based on quality while following safety and team guidelines.

Responsibilities include participating in team meetings, supporting continuous improvement, and adhering to operating systems and policies.

Qualifications

• Be able to read and understand a scale.
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Comfortable working in a loud production environment.

Responsabilités

• Bag, scale and grade chicken paws as they come down the conveyor belt.
• Visually inspect and grade paws for mangling, discoloration, and remaining nails.
• Distribute ungraded paws to the appropriate container and bag 40–50 pounds per load.
• Work as part of the Team to follow BEST practices and safety policies.
