Job summary

Pilgrim's Broadway Processing Plant is seeking a PAWS GRADER – 2nd Shift. The role involves accurately grading feet/paws, stacking and lifting up to 50 lbs, and cross-training to learn all department tasks.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED (preferred but not required), excellent hand–eye coordination, and the ability to work in a hot, wet environment as part of a reliable team. Monday–Friday schedule with some weekend work and benefits after 60 days.
