FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking entry-level, full-time Retail Sales Associates for our pawn store locations nationwide. You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and help with jewelry and general merchandise while delivering friendly, professional service.

The role offers hourly pay between $10.00 and $13.00, plus an earned commission plan that can add to your earnings, with benefits including medical/dental/vision, vacation, 401(k), and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Must lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work with firearms and to become firearms certified.

Responsibilities

• Greets and engages customers to recommend financial solutions.
• Performs open/close procedures and maintains sales floor.
• Handles sales and loan transactions per policy and regulatory requirements.
