Job summary

FirstCash is seeking entry-level, full-time Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate for our pawn store locations nationwide. The position offers hourly pay with commissions on sales and loans, and provides an opportunity to grow within a retail-focused environment.

You will greet customers, process sales and loan transactions, maintain merchandise displays, handle cash, and operate POS systems. Benefits include medical options, Earned Wage Access, vacation, a 401(k), and discounted perks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Cash handling and basic math proficiency are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers to develop rapport and provide financial solutions.
• Perform sales and loan transactions and open/close procedures.
• Keep the sales floor clean and stocked; maintain merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items following company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Answer calls and communicate clearly with customers and coworkers.
• Comply with training and company standards; participate in assigned duties.
