FirstCash is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Associate for our pawn store locations. The role offers an hourly wage ranging from $14.00 to $17.00 and performance-based commission up to 8% on transactions, with an opportunity to earn more through productive sales.

Qualifications

• Must be willing and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to drive sales and assist with transactions.
• Perform sales and loan transactions following store policies.
• Keep the sales floor clean and well-stocked.
• Operate POS systems and handle cash with accuracy.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries.
