Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is hiring entry-level, full-time Retail Sales Associate across our pawn store locations nationwide. You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and work with a variety of merchandise, including jewelry, electronics, and tools.

Earn competitive hourly pay plus commission based on performance. Base wage ranges from $11.00 to $14.00 per hour, with potential to earn more through commissions and wage-access benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Willing to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Cash handling experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to develop rapport and recommend solutions.
• Perform open/close procedures as needed.
• Keep the sales floor clean and merchandise displayed.
• Process sales and loans per company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Handle cash and negotiable items accurately and securely.
• Answer calls and explain legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions.
• Collaborate with coworkers to create a positive customer experience.
