FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking entry-level, full-time Retail Sales Associates for pawn store locations nationwide. You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and maintain attractive displays while earning hourly pay plus commissions.

Earned wage access and a strong benefits package support a balanced work-life approach. Hours typically run with stores opening around 9AM and closing around 6PM, with some locations closed on Sundays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Cash handling experience is preferred.
• Strong desire to serve customers and work with people in a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales and loan transactions.
• Maintain clean, stocked sales floor and displays.
• Process transactions following policies and procedures.
