Job summary

FirstCash is seeking entry-level, full-time Retail Sales Associates for pawn store locations nationwide. The role offers hourly pay plus a commission structure tied to transaction productivity, with benefits and growth opportunities.

Employees may earn commissions up to 8% on transactions and enjoy earned wage access, 401k, tuition reimbursement, and employee discounts. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work a flexible retail schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must be willing and able to perform duties for extended periods, including standing, walking, and lifting.
• Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified (where applicable).
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greets and interacts with customers to develop rapport and provide financial solutions.
• Performs cash handling and daily sales/loan transactions.
• Keeps the sales floor clean and stocked, maintains merchandise displays.
• Answers incoming calls and assists customers with inquiries.
• Communicates clearly about pawn and buy transaction terms.
• Operates POS systems and supports team to ensure a positive customer experience.
