FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate for our pawn store locations. You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and help with inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

Hourly pay ranges from $15.00 to $18.00 per hour, with commission up to 8% on transactions and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, 401k, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Entry-level, full-time sales role in pawn store environment.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail setting and handle cash.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with customers to provide service and financial solutions.
• Process sales and loan transactions in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Maintain clean, stocked sales floor and attractive merchandise displays.
