FirstCash Holdings, Inc. seeks entry-level, full-time Pawnbroker/Retail Sales Associate for national pawn store locations. You’ll greet customers, process sales and loans, and assist with inquiries, while earning hourly pay plus commission based on productivity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Must be willing and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work in multiple locations as needed.
• Cash handling experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and develop rapport to better provide financial solutions.
• Performs sales and loan transactions per policies and procedures.
• Keeps sales floor clean, stocked, and displays maintained.
• Answers incoming calls per company standards.
• Explain legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers.
• Operate POS systems and assist coworkers to ensure a positive customer experience.
