FirstCash is seeking entry-level, full-time Retail Sales Associates for pawn store locations nationwide. As a Pawnbroker/Retail Sales Associate, you'll greet and engage with customers, facilitating sales and loan transactions while ensuring exceptional customer service.

Potential earnings include an hourly wage plus commission on transactions, with a commission structure allowing for additional hourly income based on performance.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.
• Minimum age: 18 years old.
• Strong desire to work and team-oriented.

Responsibilities
