FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking entry-level, full-time Retail Sales Associates for pawn store locations nationwide. You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and provide friendly service while learning the products and policies.

This role offers hourly pay with commission up to 8% on top of base wage, comprehensive benefits, Earned Wage Access, paid vacation, and 401(k). Flexibility for weekends is required; stores open 9am-6pm, some locations closed Sundays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior cash handling/wallet management experience preferred.
• Strong customer-service orientation and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to drive sales and loans.
• Process sales, loans, and other transactions according to policy.
• Maintain clean, stocked sales floor and appealing merchandise displays.
