EZCORP in Dallas, TX is seeking a Retail Shift Leader (Key Holder) to manage daily operations, lead the team, and deliver outstanding customer service while promoting sales of pawn items.

You will process loans and extensions, set terms, perform opening and closing procedures, and coach Team Members to achieve store goals. A high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of supervisory experience are required; background checks apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or lead experience.
• Pass background check and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Knowledge of pawned items is a plus.
• Sales background is a plus.
• Bilingual is a plus.
