EZCORP is seeking a Retail Shift Leader (Key Holder) in Atlanta, GA to lead a fast-paced pawn retail team. The role offers career progression, structured leadership training, and competitive pay with bonus potential and comprehensive benefits.

You will guide sales, loans, and customer interactions, while coaching Team Members and ensuring exceptional service in a dynamic store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisor, key holder, shift lead, team lead, or manager experience.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items (tools, jewelry, firearms, electronics) is a plus.
• Sales background is a plus.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• You will provide outstanding customer service and build solid relationships with customers, while promoting sales and making deals for a wide variety of pawn items.
• As a Retail Shift Leader, you will provide a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment that sets EZPAWN apart from the competition.
• Open and close store procedures and supervise/coaching team members.
• Process loans and extensions; reach jointly satisfactory terms regarding pawning items.
