Job summary

EZCORP, Inc. is seeking a Retail Shift Leader (Key Holder) in Lubbock, TX to supervise daily store operations and lead a team in a fast-paced pawn environment. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales goals while modeling professional conduct.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisor, key holder, shift lead, team lead, or manager experience.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items (tools, jewelry, electronics) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and build relationships while promoting sales and deals for pawn items.
• Lead and coach store Team Members to achieve store goals.
• Process loans and extensions and manage pawn transactions.
• Perform opening and closing store procedures with accuracy and accountability.
• Maintain a friendly, courteous environment and ensure EZPAWN standards.
